A Hilarious, Classic Tag Team [New Age Outlaws]

The New Age Outlaws were my favorite tag team back in the day.
Road Dogg, Badd Ass Billy G.
Kip James, Brian James were their real names.
I watched them on the grandest stage.

Wrestlemania. Against Cactus Jack and Terry Funk.
The match of the night, punk.
Some called it violent junk, but still I ordered
every pay-per-view I could afford to buy.

Once in the past had a Road Dogg shirt.
Bought it at Raw is War, I'm almost sure.
Had a great time. Stood in the line.
The merch like a fine wine, gets better with time.

D-O-Double-G Four Twenty.
Teamin' with Bad Ass Billy G.
A hilarious, classic tag team.

Levesque can't duplicate "Let's Get Ready".
Botches it quite regularly.
The reason why he does it is monetary.

Can't accept it ran it's course.
Had it's time and place, now it always seems forced.
Chock full of cheap plugs, of course.
It's a disgrace to the old days.

The New Age Outlaws had the third highest merchandise sales.
Their popularity sailed.
Pinned LOD for the 1-2-3.
Won the tag gold. Attained supremacy.

On top of the Federation.
A feeling few in this world have ever seen.
1998; what a great time.
Three top wrestling companies shined.

Once in the past had a DX shirt.
Long sleeve, wore it in the winter.
Officially licensed product.
Attitude logo on the top back.
